How stays here work

Apartments are let fully furnished on flexible short-term terms — typically by the week, with monthly and longer stays earning progressively better rates. The quoted price includes electricity, water, council tax, unlimited WiFi, bed linen and towels: one number, nothing to set up, nothing to cancel. There’s no tenancy referencing marathon and no six-month commitment; when your plans change, you call the office that holds the keys. Who the weekly let suits

• Corporate and project stays — Thames Valley assignments with a town-centre evening instead of a hotel corridor; invoicing and company terms are handled by our managing agent (details on their corporate accommodation page).
• Between-homes and relocation — a central base while you exchange, complete or house-hunt; extensions when the chain wobbles are routine.
• Longer holidays — a week at the foot of the Castle with a kitchen beats seven hotel breakfasts on both comfort and cost.
• Insurance and renovation stays — we work with insurers regularly and can bill directly.

When the building is busiest

Being one minute from the Castle, The Courtyard follows Windsor’s calendar hard: Royal Ascot week in mid-June is booked months out, May’s Horse Show and the Christmas market season fill fast, and school summer holidays run hot. January and February are the value months — same address, gentlest rates. Book event weeks early; for everything else, availability is usually good a few weeks ahead.

Extending is the house speciality

Because all nine apartments are managed by one local company, “can we stay another week?” almost always gets a yes — in your apartment if it’s free, or two doors along the corridor if not. It’s the single biggest practical difference between a professionally managed building and a scattering of individual hosts.
